Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and initiating conversations through multiple channels (internet research, cold calls, and email campaigns). This role is vital in driving the growth of Odoonex by building a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients using online directories, LinkedIn, industry databases, and other sources.
Generate leads and maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM.
Perform cold calls and follow-up calls to decision-makers (C-level executives, IT managers, business owners).
Draft and send professional cold email campaigns and follow-ups.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and pain points.
Schedule appointments and demos for the senior sales/technical team.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and leads.
Work closely with the management team to refine sales messaging and outreach strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferably in IT/ERP/Software industry).
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong internet research skills to identify potential prospects.
Comfortable with cold calling and client outreach.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo CRM is a plus).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of ERP systems, Odoo, or SaaS sales will be an added advantage.
