What this exists to fix
Operators need scan-driven screens for manufacturing, quality, and repair steps that the native Odoo barcode app does not cover.
A production line where each work order step has to be confirmed by scanning the part, the operator badge, and the work centre. Native Odoo barcode covers warehouse picking well, but stops short of work order operations, in-process quality checks, and repair flows — so those end up on paper and get keyed in later, if at all.
