Installation & support model

How these reach your Odoo

On OdooTube: Apps are deployed as part of a normal release: built, tested on staging, promoted, and reversible through the same rollback path as any other change.
On Odoo you run yourself: Delivered from our repository against the Odoo version you are on, with upgrade notes for each supported release.
Version support: Each app lists the Odoo version and edition combinations that have actually been tested. If yours is not listed, ask — it often works, but we will not claim it until it is verified.
Customisation: Where an app is close but not exact, extending it is service work we quote — not a fork you inherit and maintain alone.
Licensing: Per production database. Staging and development environments running the same licensed application are not charged separately.
Implementation: Quoted separately from the licence and billed as service work, so the recurring cost stays legible. Configuring an app against your process is rarely a fixed-size job.

On version support: we list a version and edition only once that exact combination has been tested. Where a card says "confirmed per deployment", ask us about your Odoo version and edition and you will get a straight answer rather than a marketing yes.
